Dit gevoel gunnen ze anderen ook en daarom verhuren zij hun prachtige zes persoons vakantievilla in Votsalakia.
Een villa die werkelijk van alle luxe en gemakken is voorzien.
Vanuit de prachtige woning stap je het grote terras op, loop je langs het heerlijke privézwembad richting de gezellige loungehoek. Loop een meter of 80 verder dan sta je zo op het zandstrand van Votsalakia en ben je maar een steenworp verwijderd van tientallen gezellige restaurants.

De villa is volledig ingericht voor zes gasten. Naast de drie slaapkamers zijn er twee badkamers. Zowel de keuken als de buitenkeuken zijn zeer luxe uitgerust. In de zomer het comfort van de airconditioning in elke ruimte en in de wintermaanden het genot van de open haard.
Uniek ten opzichte van andere vakantiehuizen op het eiland zijn dat je het water uit de keukenkraan gewoon kan drinken dankzij het innovatieve osmosefiltersysteem, toiletpapier mag gewoon worden doorgespoeld in het toilet, dubbel uitgevoerd supersnel wifi systeem (o.a. starlink), dus zonder haperingen of uitval, geavanceerd domoticasysteem met tiptoets bediening voor alle verlichting. De enorme buitenkeuken met BBQ en pizza/broodoven zijn voor de hobbykok een waar genot en na een avondje kokkerellen of chillen in de schaduwrijke loungehoek spring je in het privé zwembad of geniet je van een rugmassage in de aqua loungecorner. Het bovengemiddeld ruime terras is voorzien van een waternevel koelingssysteem voor een frisse bries op de hete dagen.

Together with our daughter/son-in-law and two grandchildren (ages 3 and 0), we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful villa, which is truly equipped with every comfort, with an eye for detail in the finishing and furnishings.
Lovely pool, stunning views, beach 100 meters away, several relaxation areas in the beautiful garden, functional outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. A very comfortable, well-conditioned villa.

We had a fantastic time in the luxury villa in Votsalakia on Samos. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The villa is stylishly and luxuriously furnished, fully equipped and the private pool was truly a wonderful luxury. Waking up every morning with a view of the mountains and the sea, and then taking a refreshing dip – what more could you want?
The location is perfect: within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by cozy tavernas where you can eat delicious food. We were also pleasantly surprised by how green and versatile Samos is – an island that really still feels like a hidden gem.
In short: this was a stay to never forget. We can therefore heartily recommend this villa to anyone looking for peace, comfort and luxury under the Greek sun.

We enjoyed the beautiful garden and private swimming pool every day, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or have a nice barbecue in the evening in the outdoor kitchen.
Everything was also good practically: we could easily park our rental car at the house, so we could easily explore the island. Alternated with moments of relaxation at the pool or the nearby beach of Votsalakia, this was the ideal combination of adventure and relaxation for us.

The house is fully equipped, beautiful and spacious. The garden is fantastic, wonderful to wake up with such a view. The swimming pool, the jacuzzie, the lovely outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven complete it completely. Everything has been thought of. When we came home in the evening (because that's how it felt) after celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, there were all candles burning in the garden and garlands hanging, done by Sid the manager. Great never to be forgotten. The walking distance to the beach and the many restaurants and shops is very nice. Samos is a beautiful island with very hospitable residents. In short, we have fallen in love with the whole picture and will 100% definitely return to our "2nd" home Vila Lemoni next year.

Villa Lemoni is truly a paradise! From the first moment we felt more than welcome thanks to the personal contact with the hostess and host Sid, who is there for you on the spot. Their involvement immediately gave us a warm feeling and made us feel right at home. When my wife fell later during the holiday and the stay became a bit more difficult, that involvement proved to be extra valuable.
The villa itself has been perfectly cared for, down to the smallest detail. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available. From a well-functioning washing machine to air conditioning in every room.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Samos at Vila Lemoni. The house is located in the middle of the village of Votsalakia and you are close to everything; at the bakery, supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The house has been made with love and you can taste that when you enter, what a warm welcome and energy have been put into it. Equipped with all amenities and you will not be short of anything. There were five of us, there is a place for everyone. Whether you want to chill inside on the couch, outside at the table or on the back of the lounge sofa with rain shower. The swimming pool is very nice and is maintained by Sid, the host. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves sun, sea and the island. It is difficult to write an original review because everything written below is correct! I know Votsalakia well and this time there are 7 of us in the Vila... 7? That doesn't fit, no, that's right. That is why I rented 1 apartment from Calvinos, the neighbors of the vila. Ideal, 2 slept there and we all lived together in Vila Lemoni. What a wonderful spot! Spacious, beautiful, luxurious, fully equipped. Everything has been thought of, including detergent.
The swimming pool, great! The lounge area, wonderful for relaxing in the afternoon with a nice glass of wine, reading or playing games.
The table behind the house with a sunshade is a fantastic place to relax in the morning with a delicious cup of Nespresso. Enjoy the peace, quiet and the Samos sounds (birds and crickets) early in the morning and wake up wonderfully.
A very warm welcome, a nice handwritten card, all kinds of goodies to eat and drink. Regular app contact to see how things were going, whether we were having a good time, we really felt like guests and very welcome in the vila.
There is plenty to do near the villa and do you want to see more of the island? That is also possible, rent a car from Dream rent a Car and you can go anywhere. Beach just across the road. My favorite beach bar is Chester's on the beach, lovely beds, super nice people and tasty/good food. Plenty to do, discover and experience with Vila Lemoni as a wonderful home and base. Mark and Barbara thank you for taking on this adventure. Vila Lemoni is a real addition to everything that is available for rent in Votsalakia, a luxurious vila for 6 people with its own swimming pool, was something that was really missed in the village. We had a wonderful week!

The house is very comfortable and spacious. With two floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room, you will experience a lot of privacy if you are with several families and you will certainly not get in each other's way.
The outdoor kitchen, the covered terrace, the seating area by the pool and of course the pool itself add great value to the experience. It is wonderful to be able to sit in different places throughout the day with a drink or a book. The awning on the terrace is a real solution for the morning hours. This allows you to enjoy breakfast together on the terrace and watch the sun rise. Golden moment of the day!
The distance to the beach is also a luxury. Less than a 100-meter walk and you can take a wonderful morning dive. With all facilities such as a fantastic bakery, the supermarket and numerous cozy taverns within walking distance, you really have everything nearby. Delicious!

And don't forget a barbecue and a pizza oven. The extra pluses of this house: cross the road and you are on the beach and near/in the sea. There is a housekeeper, Sid, who cleans the entire outside area, including the swimming pool, who you can ask a lot about and who is extremely helpful. And super sweet neighbors.

And don't forget a barbecue and a pizza oven. The extra pluses of this house: cross the road and you are on the beach and near/in the sea. There is a housekeeper, Sid, who cleans the entire outside area, including the swimming pool, who you can ask a lot about and who is extremely helpful. And super sweet neighbors.
You become more and more relaxed (lazier), with such an outdoor event as at Vila Lemoni, with the sea on the other side, with many restaurants with terraces and shops, within walking distance. And if you still want to burn some calories, there are excellent walks “around the corner”, in the hinterland.
All in all, Samos, especially Vila Lemoni, is highly recommended and worth repeating for us.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10-day holiday in Vila Lemoni. What a unique place has been created there by Mark & Barbara.
You couldn't think of anything crazy, but everything is there.
The house is fully equipped, beautiful and spacious. The garden is fantastic, wonderful to wake up with such a view. The swimming pool, the jacuzzie, the lovely outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven complete it completely. Everything has been thought of. When we came home in the evening (because that's how it felt) after celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, there were all candles burning in the garden and garlands hanging, done by Sid the manager. Great never to be forgotten. The walking distance to the beach and the many restaurants and shops is very nice. Samos is a beautiful island with very hospitable residents. In short, we have fallen in love with the whole picture and will 100% definitely return to our "2nd" home Vila Lemoni next year.

The house is located in the middle of the village of Votsalakia and you are close to everything; at the bakery, supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The house has been made with love and you can taste that when you enter, what a warm welcome and energy have been put into it. Equipped with all amenities and you will not be short of anything. Waking up every morning with a view of the mountains and the sea, and then taking a refreshing dip – what more could you want?
The location is perfect: within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by cozy tavernas where you can eat delicious food. We were also pleasantly surprised by how green and versatile Samos is – an island that really still feels like a hidden gem.
In short: this was a stay to never forget. We can therefore heartily recommend this villa to anyone looking for peace, comfort and luxury under the Greek sun.
We had an unforgettable holiday on Samos with our family of five, partly thanks to our stay at Vila Lemoni. From the first moment we felt very welcome, thanks to the warm welcome from host Sid. He immediately gave us great tips about what there is to discover on the island.
The house itself was perfectly located: within walking distance of the beach, a bakery, supermarket and cozy restaurants. Vila Lemoni was fully equipped - we lacked nothing. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and private swimming pool every day, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or have a nice barbecue in the evening in the outdoor kitchen.
Everything was also good practically: we could easily park our rental car at the house, so we could easily explore the island. Alternated with moments of relaxation at the pool or the nearby beach of Votsalakia, this was the ideal combination of adventure and relaxation for us.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10-day holiday in Vila Lemoni. What a unique place has been created there by Mark & Barbara.

The house is fully equipped, beautiful and spacious. The garden is fantastic, wonderful to wake up with such a view. The swimming pool, the jacuzzie, the lovely outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven complete it completely. Everything has been thought of. When we came home in the evening (because that's how it felt) after celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, there were all candles burning in the garden and garlands hanging, done by Sid the manager. Great never to be forgotten. The walking distance to the beach and the many restaurants and shops is very nice. Samos is a beautiful island with very hospitable residents. In short, we have fallen in love with the whole picture and will 100% definitely return to our "2nd" home Vila Lemoni next year.

Villa Lemoni is truly a paradise! From the first moment we felt more than welcome thanks to the personal contact with the hostess and host Sid, who is there for you on the spot. Their involvement immediately gave us a warm feeling and made us feel right at home. When my wife fell later during the holiday and the stay became a bit more difficult, that involvement proved to be extra valuable.
The villa itself has been perfectly cared for, down to the smallest detail. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available. From a well-functioning washing machine to air conditioning in every room.
Our absolute favorite was the outdoor kitchen, which we enjoyed many times. A nice BBQ and a delicious pizza oven. Especially if you combine it with fresh products from the area.
